Aroma: Fruchtige Frische von grünem Apfel und Birne, kombiniert mit floralen Noten von Heidekraut, Lavendel und einer feinen Honigsüße. Im Hintergrund salziger Rauch.
Geschmack: Weich und ausgewogen auf der Zunge. Eindrücke von Apfelkuchen, Vanille und würzigen Kräutern. Subtile Rauchnoten und ein Hauch von Nelke und Muskat runden das Profil ab.
Abgang: Mittellang bis lang, mit süß-würzigen Nuancen von Karamell, etwas Zimt und einem zarten Hauch von Lagerfeuerrauch.

Der Black Bottle 10 Jahre ist eine limitierte Sonderabfüllung, die nach über zwei Jahrzehnten das klassische Blend-Portfolio der Marke erweitert. Hergestellt aus verschiedenen schottischen Malt- und Grain-Whiskys, liegt der Fokus besonders auf rauchigen Islay-Malts, die dem Blend eine maritime Tiefe verleihen. Gereift wurde der Whisky für zehn Jahre in amerikanischer Eiche, teilweise in stark ausgebrannten Fässern, was ihm zusätzliche Karamell- und Röstaromen verleiht. Abgefüllt wurde der Black Bottle 10 Jahre mit 40.0 % vol.
